[Lights_Edge] I have been playing the idea that to truly understand you are the creator of your own reality you have to being accepting the responsibilities you have abdicated in the past to others. Can you comment on this idea and if it is valid in anyway?
[Michael_Entity] If in “accepting responsibilities” you mean impose self-guilt and judgment, it is not valid, but a trick of the Chief feature. If in “accept responsibility” you mean to apply comprehension of your consciousness at the time (your past) as innocent, then yes, it is valid.
We are using “valid” here as a means to differentiate fearful courses versus loving courses.
You may choose any method of “accepting responsibility” that makes sense to you. If that does not work, in some “future” reference, you can even then “look back” at your innocence, and offer love.
We are using “innocence” here as indicative of your evolution. Though time and linear reality does not exist to the Essence, it is quite valid and real to the Personality. To strip it of that tool is to remove its power.
In recognizing your evolution within the lifetime, releasing guilt, self-judgment, and regret, is to acknowledge your past as having “not been in vain”. In other words, why remove the impact of a lesson chosen or experience processed, only to be replaced with inertia, sentimentality, or other fear?
It is your life. We would say the single most important “mantra” that can be said without too much distortion of implication is to say that you “own it”, but let that ownership mean you built on it, not deconstructed it. This comes as suggestion in response to your query, not as instruction. You may deal with your pasts in any way you choose, of course.
[Lights_Edge] For clarification on my earlier question… Can you give an example of approach from a “loving course” and one from a “fearful course”.
[Michael_Entity] A “loving course” is to acknowledge the symptoms showing as regret, sorrow, distraction, and grief, as valid forms of processing first. From there, many continue to impose the process rather than move forward. It is taught to many of you that in light of realization, punishment must follow. This is a construct that is a “fearful course”.
Realization and heightened consciousness need not be forever laced with these symptoms. Self-punishment, in all of its costumes, was always someone else’s ideas clashing with your own truths. This is true in all cases of self-punishment. Choosing to see your past in its true innocence, is a “loving course”. Choosing to see your past as “mistakes”, is not. Do you understand our differentiation?
[Lights_Edge] I believe so…
[Michael_Entity] If further elaboration is required, we will work with you independently.
[Lights_Edge] Thanks Michael. That would help.
