What emotions are goosebumps and the “chills”?

[Excerpt from TT: 2001-06-21]

[JNelson] What emotions are goosebumps and the “chills” a physical manifestation of, not counting responses to temperature? Or intellectual manifestations of, for that matter.

[Michael_Entity] This could be called “Instinctive Realization.” It is the result of the Lower Centers responding/reacting simultaneously as PARTS of the Instinctive Center. This experience is always linked to “realization” on a level that bypasses all of the Lower Centers, but creates a release in them as Parts in the Instinctive Center. When this occurs, it is safe to say that the very base part of you has resonated to something rooted in fear or desire. Fear may be obvious, but when the realization is in desire, as it is meant here, is in the connection made on a level wherein you had no previous realization that you were “expecting” something of that nature.

Is the Part of Center chosen about the same time as the Centering?

[Excerpt from TT: 2001-12-06]

[Elf] Is the Part of Center chosen about the same time as the Centering? And what is most influential in that choice?

[Michael_Entity] Centering is chosen by the age of 3 in most cases, while the Part/Trap is a habit by the age of 7 (approximately).

The most influential aspect of that choice is in the major theme then settled on for the lifetime as to how to process events. The Center/Part becomes the Body’s primary strength and challenge, and sets the stage for relationships, health, and beliefs for the majority of the life. Depending on your Centering and Part, you will find that your PART/TRAP becomes the defining obstacle to hurdle in coming to peace with a lifetime.

Instinctive Center Reviews

[Excerpt from TT: 1999-12-09]

[TCB] There are three parts to the instinctive center, is this correct? Could you talk a little bit about how this nexus, and the various higher centers, may be affecting the 3 parts (physical body preservation, past life memory, and I forget the last part at the moment, sorry) of the instinctive center at this time?

[Michael_Entity] In response to Terri: All of the Instinctive is up for review. Not in the usual sense of tediousness, but more of an “overhaul”.

Some of you are literally “purging” your systems. We would say that is most true for those of you having physical symptoms.

How Might I Open Up My Heart Chakra More?

[Excerpt from TT: 2001-02-02]

[Hector07] I would like to know if you could perhaps give me some insight into how to open up my heart Chakra some more.

[Michael_Entity] We will attempt to respond to this as personally as we can in this forum, but we are generally limited to responses beneficial to your little group as a whole.

The “problem,” in this case, is not directly the result of a “closed” Heart/Emotional Center, but rather the restrictions on the Higher Emotional and Higher Moving Centers. You have been challenged on many levels within these Centers, leaving you with a great sense of disconnection from others and great challenges in understanding “where the love is” in many people’s actions. These are fundamental questions you are seeking to comprehend this lifetime.

How does Centering affect memory?

[Excerpt from TT: 2001-12-06]

[MaryBV] How does centering affect memory?

[Michael_Entity] ALL Centers have their form of Memory in storage and retrieval.

The Intellect stores and retrieves memory in the form of Thoughts, Ideas, and is Visually interpreted.

The Emotional memories are stored and retrieved in the form what are commonly understood as Feelings, Emotions, and are Aurally interpreted.

The Moving stores and retrieves its memories in the forms of Health, Activity, and are Sensually interpreted.

Each Center does affect how events are remembered; especially in the mixture of the Centering with the Part.

Could you discuss the fundamental differences between the two Action Centers?

[Excerpt from TT: 2001-12-06]

[WickedBear] Could you discuss the fundamental differences between the two action centers?

[Michael_Entity] The most fundamental difference is in that the Ordinal pertains to the immediate environment of the Personality and Body, while the Cardinal pertains to all that encompasses that. The Moving Center, then, would govern and process the events of the actual, Physical Body and its health, activity, manipulation of environment, etc. The Higher Moving Center would then govern and process those similar things, but as they pertain to larger patterns that include everything pertaining to the Essence.

Centering for a Year and You

[Excerpt from TT: 2001-01-18]

[MaryBV] I feel much “better” being in my skin these days. Could you comment on the energy around us at the moment, and have we turned a corner into calmer waters?

[Michael_Entity] It would not be amiss to lend validation to the Centering for a Year. Last year was Instinctive Centered, giving rise to a great deal of agitation, fear, automatic reactions, and processing. This year, being Intellectually Centered (Troy’s original channeling of Moving Centered is inaccurate) is far more comfortable for most of you. An Intellectually Centered year can lend a great deal of perspective to what has come to pass. If most of you “look” back over the previous year, for most it will “feel” as if it never was, or that it was passed through in a daze.

Accessing Higher Emotional Center

[Excerpt from TT: 2002-05-23]

[ClaireN] Do some spiritual practices promote access to the higher centers, such as Devotion (Bhakti) to the higher emotional center, or concentration to the higher intellectual? If so, please elucidate.

[M_Entity] There are many “spiritual” practices that promote accessing of the Higher Centers. Some are more refined than others, and some are more inclined toward meaningless access, but the impact of the access can be profound, in any case.

The 7 Basic Rights

[Excerpt from TT: 2010-01-18]

EXCERPT about “RIGHTS”:

As you explore your conscious connection to Essence, you will also be heightening your sense of self as a Personality. As you explore your sense of self as a person, you will make more room for Essence in your life. It is a two way street, so to speak.

In exploring yourself on either level, it is important to examine your “rights” as a physical being and your expression of those “rights” and/or the damage or interference to those “rights“.
